Voting has opened in the NCIS awards. I'm really delighted (squeeeeee!) to have been nominated for a few! Thank you to everyone who nominated my fics :-). There are lots of wonderful stories by a variety of different authors nominated - I'm particularly thrilled by the sheer number of great Gibbs/DiNozzo fic nominated.

Squee! The NCIS Awards results were announced today and I'm all "woot!!!!" about winning some! Thank you SO much to everyone who voted for me. I'm really chuffed and thrilled and all that squidgy stuff!

These awards were so brilliantly done. The mods were so nice and friendly, and they brought the awards in on time, with no fuss, and with totally lickable winners' banners *g*. Thanks SO much to them for such a classy act. Congratulations too to all the other winners :-).

Ooh, and Hiding in Plain Sight has also been nominated in the fabulous Stargate Fan Awards in the best crossover/fanfiction/slash category. Thank you to whoever nominated HiPS over there too :-). Voting closes in 14 days over there.

The NCIS award organisers have run into a spot of bother and need people's support to reassure them about the damn good job they're doing!



The guys running these awards are really classy and doing a great job so please support them and the awards :-).

Thank you to whoever nominated me for the SGA kink awards! That's very kind of you. And a big thank you to the award organisers - the website looks fantastic and the categories are all very intriguing as well as being good fun. I do hope lots of people take part as there's been some great kink fic in SGA.

I feel I've been most remiss in not posting a link to these before as I do love to support kink-related things, especially as kink can sometimes get a bit of a bad press in fandom.

A brave soul has set up some awards just for SGA Kink which is a wonderful idea. It's so great to celebrate the good kinkiness out there!

Nominations opened quite some time ago and I'm not sure when they close so you might need to dash along there in order to make sure your favourites get nominated. Oops - edited to say that nominations close on the 29th March so definitely not much time!

Someone emailed me to tell me that "Coming Home" had been nominated for those fabulous Stargate Awards. I did actually know this in some dull recess of my brain but had forgotten and as this person sent me a very nice email I feel duly prompted to mention the nomination here (I think Disappointing Yoda was also nominated) and thank whoever nominated me which was really very kind of you and more than I deserve.

Many thanks to those people who nominated my stories for the McShep awards - all my McShep fics were nominated which is very kind of you and much appreciated. I'm in some fantastic company - lots of my personal favourites by some wonderful authors, artists and vidders were also nominated.

I was particularly chuffed that both "Coming Home" and "General & Doctor Sheppard" were nominated after all the recent hoo-hah - thanks for that.

Voting started a few days ago and runs until December 21st I think.
