Awww poor woobies! I love General Sheppard, and both Rodneys acted very true to character and not really blameworthy... I'm not hugely impressed with the Colonel though ;) He should wise up and realise how devastating it is for Rodney when he gets in a black mood, he already knows how he felt after Trinity. I think that is one of the telling points of this whole story, that the General is both harder *and* more in control of himself because he can allow his toppy instincts to the fore. Colonel Sheppard has to war with them all the time, and that makes for some problems. Oh hell you'll have me waving placards for the d/s universe by the end of this *giggles*
One thing though, I don't quite understand why McKay - since he is in so much denial - didn't just tell Rodney Sheppard that he and the Colonel can't be lovers, because of the Air Force regulations, and that Rodney is going to get Sheppard in deep trouble if he keeps mentioning it. That would pretty much put a stop to all the AU Rodney's speculation, because I'm sure he wouldn't want to get his husband's counterpart into trouble. Maybe you find the old 'don't ask don't tell' litany tiresome (it certainly is that!) and are trying to figure ways around having to bring it up, in which case, well done *G*
