The action and the emotions are really high in this part, but in all fairness they have shaped the story throughout. In addition to being on the edge of my seat, this fic has given me a lot to think about in terms of trust and honesty in relationships and with yourself. Sometimes a conditional commitment to those just doesn't work... In a world of "moderation in all things" it's harder to have *complete* trust, even in yourself. How do you get there? Well, I find this fic poses some interesting options. It's far more food for thought than I expected it to be.
