Thank you! Tony hasn't weakened Gibbs - he's made him stronger - but it wasn't clear initially which way it'd go.
Scott is being played by Walid like they all are - only he isn't bright enough (or is too consumed by his own sense of self importance) to see it. Only Gibbs has wised up enough to turn into a real adversary for Walid :-)
