I has just finished reading this amazing story and wanted to let you know that I loved it, even the dark themes!
It was very intense and I could see the personal struggles for Gibbs, while he was trapped at the stables/arena, and then afterwards, he went back to the old Gibbs, wanting everything to be the same as it was before he was kidnapped, but of course it couldn't be.
Thank god that Tony went to counselling (and at Vance's insistence!) because if it wasn't for that, they probably would pretend that it has never happened or that everything at the arena never happened.
I could comment on so many parts of the story, but in the end, all I have to say is:
