Loved this. Though I will admit that after the finale I still want more. I'm back to the place of wondering why any of the team (especially Tony) would still work for Gibbs. There's no evidence that he trusts them at the same level that he expects from them.
For all the talk of us seeing something from Gibbs we've never seen before it would have been more compelling for him to go to the team and say that he needed them and couldn't do it alone.
