Oh yeah... that's how I've pictured a scenario like that in my head since I first read HiPS... Yes, I've envisioned scenarios that brought Normal!Gibbs/Tony to BDSM-verse since I read HiPS. And now they are all flying about again!
And poor Tony... in a strange world and he runs afoul of the laws, probably a bit unknowingly on his part, and now has to be punished for it. And we know that Normal!Gibbs wouldn't hesitate to take a punishment for *his* Tony if it is possible within the law.
