Me and FN came up with this scenario too! We had Tony having to take licks and there's nothing BDSM verse!Gibbs can do to pull strings to prevent it. And BDSM!Gibbs goes to our!Gibbs and says - "look, I can't stop it, but if you collar him then you are allowed to do the punishment yourself in the courthouse as long as it's done properly. Otherwise a police officer does it." And our!Gibbs would have a heart to heart with Tony who would tell him he would much rather Gibbs did it than anyone else...and although the collar would just be one of convenience in order to facilitate the whole thing, OUR Tony, like BDSM Tony might suddenly find that wearing Gibbs's collar means a whole lot more than he thought it would... Cue sub-to-sub chat with BDSM!Tony about how he's feeling. Because BDSM!Tony would visit his room with an ice pack for his sore ass and they'd talk about how it had felt for him to take a spanking from Gibbs, and Tony would admit to all these *feelings*.
