Oh God yes! That woman was a total top!!! Interesting that all three NCIS directors have been subs. But I know WHY! I mean - if you tried to put in any other TOP over Gibbs's head it'd be a disaster and probably end in bloodshed. Only a sub would stand a chance - any other top would end up in a toppy pissing contest with Gibbs and lose ;-)
