First: the film. You know that whoever WAS filming it would have been under Gibbs's glare and the tape or digital recording device would have just self-destructed ala Mission Impossible so there really isn't a copy. (Unless someone bugged Morrow's office and ... hmmm ... I'll have to check on that.)

Gibbs's cologne: because I smell patchouli whenever I look at Gibbs. (In my head.)
