Oh, I love the mating dance that Gibbs and Tony are doing with each other! It's just all so right - both of them feeling the connection immediately and not having the first clue what to do with it, the headslaps being new just for Tony, the way that Gibbs can see through all of Tony's crap (and Tony being stunned by that, because he's never met someone who can do that) and the way that Tony is already starting to be able to read Gibbs... yum! Tony's reaction to that first smaile was delightful, too.
I'm also really enjoying the OCs that you're creating in this world! I loved Clara and the annoyance she was able to bring out in Gibbs, and Maureen's glee about the fireworks she expected and her being absolutely dumbfounded by the result were just priceless. Love the pool about how quickly Gibbs could get through an interview!
