THAT is the Mah-velous Miss 'Mudge (Smudge, Smudgie, Pretty White Kitty, Spasticat, etc...), and she's quite the top from the bottom sort of purr. Her sister, Pixel (Princess Pix, Pickles, Bi-Colored Furr Purr), is quite the Murray-like toppy kitty - and has the MOST smug "I *so* rule this house" kitty smile I have EVER encountered.
I totally adore them ;-)
The Beloved Hubby, however, is mystified as to why they LOVE to climb all over him and insist on claiming HIS lap so often. Poor guy - the only male in the house, and he wonders why his little harem just wants to love the stuffing outta him *snicker*
And, yes, going to clean the kitchen, now.... Really.
