The way you write the dynamic between Gibbs and Tony is just perfect and the banter between Tony, Ziva & Tim was hilarious! 'Praying mantis'! *snerk* I'm honestly surprised Gibbs didn't have Tony mark one up on the chalkboard for attitude!
