I really like how Tim is processing everything here, and I especially liked the exchange between him and Ziva. There was something very genuine about that moment.
I'm finding Gibbs very problematic. I suppose it's very much in character, but it's frustrating to me that he both eschews psychology and yet is basically trying to diagnose Tony's psychological state and then treat it. Ducky says to Gibbs "You're second-guessing yourself, and that isn't like you at all" and I sort of want to scream "but maybe it should be!" I'm very torn here, because on the one hand I love the Gibbs that takes care of everything and fixes things, but on the other hand I really need for him to get that he's in over his head here.
I suppose this is to your credit that you can get me this worked up!
