I'm sorry to hear it. Maybe it would be a good thing if you would wear a bandage. Maybe your physio-guy can tell you about that stuff. In my past I sprung trampoline and I strained the bands in both ankle joints (right more bad than left). I do often sprain my right ankle and if it's really bad I have to wear a bandage (it's a neopren bandage). It helps. After two or three weeks I can walk without it again.
