LOL! Well, I've been thinking about Tony doing that. I have a feeling that Gibbs makes him sit through an entire appraisal going through it painstakingly, note by note, in all seriousness (including all the brackets) *g*. If I feel in the mood I might end up writing it - I had such fun with this one ;-)
