wow, what a lovely story! I'm so pleased to find you writing in yet another of my favorite fandoms, after following your X-files stories....your work convinced me to watch the West Wing, as well.
I liked the tight, but unpredictable, plot in this story. The characterizations were believable - you let the characters grow and change, but they were still recognizable as themselves. I'm looking forward to reading through the rest of your NCIS work as well! Keep up the good writing.
