They didn't actually get married in HIPS although I think it works better in that universe because marriage between all genders is the norm. But it's weird, because I'm not actually that into marriage fics particularly - this one just wanted to go there. I agree it's *really* hard to get Gibbs into a situation where he'd get married again, esp not to a man! LOL! But I'm glad this worked for you.
