I'm afraid I don't have any recs for you - I've barely read anything in the NCIS fandom and I don't read widely in any case because I'm usually too busy writing. I'm a rubbish person to ask really. For SGA BDSM I'd recommend the Atlantis Kink LJ community though - there's been some great stuff posted there.
As for writing more in this universe - I probably won't be able to resist at some point. For now though - I need a rest *g*
