I'm loving this so much, your characterizations are great, the Gibbs/DiNozzo dynamic is spot on. yay!

I'd never really seen the possibility for Ziva/McGee before, but even that's working well.

also, great plot and pacing. Unlike the show, I really have no idea who the murderer is. IT'S A MYSTERY!
