I agree with you - Mike SHOULD be spanked, often and hard, by Harvey *g*. I have already written another fic in the fandom, much shorter, where he gets spanked again - because he NEEDS it! And because honestly, Harvey really enjoys doing it *g*.
And LOL re riding his bike. I just know Harvey must be LOVING the fact Mike rides a bike around - it'll make him enjoy spanking him even more *g*.
