wow... this is the first time i'm commenting, but any story that has me going from "awwww!"*smoopy* to "oh wow..."*pantpant* to "awwwww!!!"*ridiculous grin* and back again, all in one chapter, more than deserves a comment. i absolutely love the character voices and this wonderfully rich backstory you have for this universe. i can so easily see the tentative grins between rodney and john and the somewhat more exasperated, yet affectionate looks (and commiseration ^_^) between elizabeth, john and carson regarding rodney. i love how you handle john's discovering of his emotions and learning how to deal with how much he feels and trying to cope with that possessive edge without scaring rodney off... honestly, i could go on, but it's pretty much all boiled down to "oh wow! i love this! moremoremoremore!" ^_^ thanks for sharing this lovely universe and i'm so happy you decided to explore it further.

...and i'm also happy to know i'm not alone in my nightly vigil until the next chappies are posted... ^_~
