This is just a silly ficlet that came into my head today as a result of having to read through someone's (extensive) appraisal review notes. So I got to wondering what Tony's self-review notes on his appraisal would be like... *g*.

Job Title: Special Agent
Manager: LJ Gibbs ("Boss")

Give details of your key successes during the last review period: Caught 16 bad guys since last review. Only ruined one suit in process (Blood-stain on jacket. Not mine. The blood that is. The jacket was.).

Give details of any disappointments/difficulties: Only managed to superglue Probie's fingers to his keyboard twice in review period (must be slacking - managed it six times last review period).

Objectives for next 6 months: Solve three cold cases. Teach Ziva how to play Tetris. Superglue Probie's fingers to Boss's keyboard. (Note to self: inherent danger of Boss's fingers being glued instead. Buy life insurance for such eventuality.).

Performance and Development Appraisal (top-sekrit private version FAO ADD only).

Successes: Got Boss's attention 28 times in review period. Unfortunately this was "negative" attention on 16 occasions of the 28. Earned 3 smiles and one "attaboy". Also 137 headslaps - view these as successes.

Disappointments: Still not managed to kiss Boss although there was one "kiss of life" after an almost-drowning incident so not a *complete* disappointment.

Objectives for next 6 months: Feign major apartment catastrophe (flood, fire, whatever) to get to stay at Boss's house again. Sleep in Boss's bed (Note: Boss to be in bed at same time). Kiss Boss. (On lips, with tongues). (See note above re life insurance).

This was just cute!

I kinda wanna see all of his from the time he started to present to see how he evolves... Especially during his Gibbs-less phase when he is team leader.

Loved the gluing mentions. I loved the ep where he was talking about it and Gibbs was, "Remember what I told you about that?" and Tony responded, "The skin might not grow back?" It just seemed so... so... you know that Gibbs had some kind of conversation with Tony about it and probably some discipline :-)

Yeah - it'd be fun to do a whole series of them! Now, I just watched "Family" which is where McGee is superglued but don't remember Gibbs saying that - was there another ep where Tony superglues Tim? If so, which one?! Otherwise I must have missed that comment in "Family" - and I LOVE it! I'm sure there was a good spanking involved during which Gibbs very firmly told Tony there was to be no supergluing in future *g*. I had a little plot idea where BDSM-verse!Tony superglues McGee so Gibbs spanks his hands so he knows what it feels like to type with sore fingers *g*. Although it doesn't really have to even be BDSM-verse *g*.

Can't remember the ep, but Tony didn't superglue... I think McGee was asleep or something and Tony and Gibbs walked in where he was and Tony hovered over McGee and went, "Where's the superglue when you need it?"

And then Gibbs did the "What'd I tell you about that, DiNozzo?" bit. There might have been a head slap.

But I can't remember the ep....

Slap to the hands... OUCH! I think that would work in a non-BDSM verse. Depending on the situation of the relationship, I'm not always into work issues being brought into their scene. Kind of a separation of work and home. However, if their relationship was founded with work issues in mind... then yeah, it would work. I could see your BDSMVerse Gibbs using that as a punishment for Tony once because of a superglue incident that went too far.

I just like the idea of Gibbs rubbing gel into Tony's hands that evening at home and then kissing them all better (while Tony milks it for all he's worth of course!). Not sure if it needs to be BDSM-verse or not - could just as easily be ours (and I'm not sure BDSM-verse Gibbs would be so merciful re the gel!). I could actually SEE Gibbs doing this in exasperation one fine day though.

Yeah... comfort after the punishment. Now we know why Tony acts up so much. ;-)

Oh yeah - *g*.

I can see him doing this, too (and not in the BDSM-verse)... well, the hand-strapping at least. *g* It's not *that* far of a leap from the head-slaps, especially if it's to punish him for hurting Tim's hands.

I agree - I can almost see him just grabbing the ruler and doing it in exasperation - mind you, I think Tony deserves it for the superglueing *g*.
