I know I've said it before, but I truly love how our John knows exactly when to shut up in this fic. That's getting him so much further than anything he could say, and that's fantastic.

I'm also deeply glad that he told Rodney he prefers him, and that the rest of his team probably does too. Rodney really needed to hear that. I think I may be even more glad that Rodney knew enough to tell John what he needed to hear re: his team. (side squee, I know this is not your thing, but how happy did the whole "ronon would do anything for you" sentiment make me a happy girl? THIS MUCH *holds hands as far apart from each other as they will go*)
