sorry to butt in here, but most of the time the best tops start out as bottoms (at least in my experience)...so there's definitely a part of me that could see the General sort of showing the Colonel the ropes (not even necessarily in a sexual way although I wouldn't object)...but then again, I totally get the top vibe from John already...maybe he's a natural *waggles eyebrows* um, so just pick whatever theory will keep you writing in this univers as long as possible!
