Oh I hear you. I'm so tired of Gibbs running off (again) and not keeping his team in the loop and what annoyed me more than ever was that everyone just went along with it. It's past time someone calls him on it and it should be Tony. That small scene in the airplane wasn't NEAR enough. I hope they address it in S8 but honestly at the moment I have no plans to watch.
