Thanks! I totally agree. One of the problems with NCIS is that it's forgotten that it's the team interaction we all fell in love with (and "team" does not = Tony/Ziva/Tim and their lame, unfunny squadroom "banter") and specifically the Gibbs/Tony relationship that was the glue that held the team together. NCIS has lost its way so much I don't think we'll get that back. But I guess at least we can write what we think SHOULD have happened if nothing else.
