Tony's day is one of extremes. His world looks so bleak as the past barges in yet he now has three people he knows care about him. And Gibbs restraint! To hold back Tony physically and mentally, to halt his own anger against this sadistic villain who dares to hurt his Tony, and then after such a powerful exchange to hold himself aloof for nearly five years, phenomenal! Wrong, but phenomenal! Life is lived in the mind and these two have some serious things going on there. Bottom line though, Tony knows he isn't alone any more. Powerful chapter!
