LOL! I do love the idea that Tony hands it in with his *real* review by mistake and Gibbs goes through it in all seriousness in his actual appraisal interview, toying with Tony *g*. I can see Tony squirming...and probably right at the end Gibbs says he'll see him back at his place that evening ;-).
