I just like the idea of Gibbs rubbing gel into Tony's hands that evening at home and then kissing them all better (while Tony milks it for all he's worth of course!). Not sure if it needs to be BDSM-verse or not - could just as easily be ours (and I'm not sure BDSM-verse Gibbs would be so merciful re the gel!). I could actually SEE Gibbs doing this in exasperation one fine day though.
