I meant to leave fb earlier, but have has to re read this whilst I got my thoughts into any kind of coherence!
Firstly it is fantastic, the echo between Tony's upbringing and his own situation and relationship between his son and with alcohol. Gibbs' presence as the steadfast for both Tony and Louis is beautiful.
Then Tony realising that he is trapped in the dark and making the decision to put Gibbs and Louis first in his life.
Seeing the whole story through McGee and letting us feel his pain and frustration gives another dimension to the whole story. It is great to see him being assertive whilst still being the diffident McGee who is too shy to go after the girl he wants without Tony's help.
