I'm not too happy with the image quality of it, but it's hard to get those right by mashing together pictures. This is Gibbs' body with a different Gibbs' head. Some random couch. Some random dude's body with a laptop and Tony's head on it... But I read you were looking for something from that scene. Tony isn't quite laying his chin on Gibbs' shoe, but he's almost there...
