Thanks so much re my writing. I think G&DS was technically a really hard story to pull off - all those dual character names, telling 4 people's stories, and explaining a new culture. This was much easier but also I had more time to really polish it and I think that probably shows. I'm glad you think there's a sense of progression - that's always encouraging.
